8th International Wesleyan/Holiness Women Clergy Conference

Exhibitor's Space: a display table or equivalent space may be purchased and includes a skirted six-foot long table and chair. Exhibitors must register for the conference if they plan on attending conference sessions. Meal arrangements, if desired, can be made online. Here is the Exhibitor Fact Sheet. Exhibitor Space: $100

Student Reception: On Thursday evening, a special session for all students and school representatives will be held. During the one-hour event students are introduced to one another. A brief program is conducted introducing students to the conference format and educating them on various student initiatives and programs available to them. The reception sponsor may provide a product display centerpiece, distribute promotional literature and give-away items, and pursue other promotional activities agreed upon in advance with the Student Coordinator and Conference Convener. A mounted poster will be displayed at the entrance to the reception recognizing the sponsorship. Additionally, sponsorship of this event is acknowledged in the conference program and the sponsoring individual/organization receives a complimentary exhibitor's space and one conference registration. This sponsorship is $1,000.

Evening Hors d'oeuvre Reception: Prior to the opening worship service on Thursday evening, a one-hour standing reception with finger foods will be offered to registered attendees. There is no formal program during the event and attendees are given the opportunity to meet and network with other participants. The reception sponsor may provide a product display centerpiece, distribute promotional literature and give-away items, and pursue other promotional activities agreed upon in advance with the Conference Convener. A mounted poster will be displayed at the entrance to the reception recognizing the sponsorship. Additionally, sponsorship of this event is acknowledged in the conference program and the sponsoring individual/organization receives 2 complimentary exhibitor's spaces and 1 conference registration. This sponsorship is $1,500.

Friday Evening Dinner: An evening dinner is offered to all attendees. The dinner will conclude just prior to the evening worship service. Dinner sponsors may provide a product display centerpiece and distribute promotional literature. Sponsors names will be listed on a mounted poster at the entrance to the dining area. Additionally, sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference program and receive a complimentary exhibitor's space. Sponsorships are $500 each.

Conference Promotional Items: Interested individuals/ organizations can underwrite the costs for conference bags (cloth bags with conference logo) given to every registered attendee. A mounted poster will be displayed at the registration table recognizing all sponsors. Additionally, sponsorships will be acknowledged in the conference program and allowed to distribute promotional literature. Sponsorships are $250 each, maximum of four.

Conference Program: Interested individuals/organizations can underwrite the costs for conference programs given to every registered attendee. A mounted poster will be displayed at the registration table recognizing all sponsors. Additionally, sponsorships will be acknowledged in the conference program and allowed to distribute promotional literature. Sponsorships are $500 each, maximum of three.
